Essentially there are 3 different ways in which you can use the Netmatters IT services:

If you are setting up a new business, office or department and need some intial IT support to get things setup we can help. You give us an empty room and we can advise and provide the services needed to turn it into a fully functioning office, we can do as much or little as you need. Netmatters can also source IT equipment at competitive rates and can often buy and setup the equipment for less than the retail price.

Ad Hoc IT support Ad Hoc IT support

Netmatters provide remote IT support, we actually take control of your PC or Mac in order to resolve a technical problem or to provide a health check on your computer. This is done by using our remote control software delivered via our secure website. Our software enables us to connect to all types of devices not just PC's, devices like Macs, IPADs, Iphones, Blackberries and Windows mobile PDA's.

Support can be either onsite or remote. 95% of support requests can be resolved by the remote IT help desk team. Netmatters only charge for the exact amount of minutes which are taken to complete the task.

As an Ad Hoc client, we would first create an account for you and then setup an IT task to be worked on, we only charge for the exact anount of time spent on a task, an invoice is then sent when there is at least 60 minutes logged, we are happy to hold time on your account and carry this forward to subsquent months until there is 60 or more minutes to invoice.

IT/WEB Packages IT/WEB Packages

Netmatters are the only IT company who provide flexilable IT/WEB packages, rather than paying for an IT service contract, Netmatters provide a package in hours of resource. After determining which package is right for your business, this will be setup on the Netmatters system, as jobs and tasks come in we will log our time against the package, any unsed minutes will be carried forward to subsquent months. This approach enables our clients to get value for money.

As unused minutes can be carried forward the client can Save up or Bank time for later in the year to cover a particularly busy period whilst keeping monthly IT costs fixed throughout the year.

IT or WEB -Netmatters have a dedicated web team, so your package minutes can also be used to update your website.
