Remote Backup

Its really important to ensure your business data is being backed up.

Traditionally data backups were completed onsite using a tape backup device. This backup system was affective and is still used for very large amounts of data, however the Offsite backup or Remote Backup systems have superseded manual data backups.

Netmatters provide an offsite backup system which is installed on the clients Network, either on a PC or Server. This remote Backup software is then configured to backup the clients data.

Netmatters standard backup configuration is designed to provide 60 days data retention, meaning we can restore a file from any point up to 60 days old. Our system also holds deleted files for up to 12 months in case a file is deleted by mistake and this is not noticed for several months.

The backup system is charged per Gigabyte of data which is being backed up, we have packages starting from 10 pound per month.
